Website claims RIM is putting together a device to compete with Apple's

BlackBerry manufacturer RIM is working on a tablet PC that will be smaller and thinner than the iPad, according to reports.

The BlackBerry Leaks website claims that the device is codenamed 'BlackPad' or 'Cobalt'.

The site added that it will have full BlackBerry OS compatibility and functionality, but will not be finished this year.
